We also support you in all aspects of Human Relations by offering Commercial and Workplace Mediation services. We have certification by IMAQ (Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec). Melina Valero
Action driven and a seasoned consultant, Melina Valero has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting.
She provides Human Resources Management advice to companies in various sectors, from small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to multinationals. Having owned an SME, Mrs. Valero understands her clients and is well equipped to advise and help them achieve their goals.
Since 2006, Mrs. Valero has accompanied her clients in the realization of different mandates.
She has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Concordia University, a Civil Law Degree from the University of Ottawa (LL.L.) and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from UQO (Université du Québec en Outaouais). Ms. Valero is also a member of « L’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et relations industrielles agréés du Québec » (ORHRI) and is an Accredited Mediator member of IMAQ (Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec).
